Renaissance Kobold

This is a second take on Hodekin Heinzelman the Kobold Artificer. I was reminded that he's also a theatre technician for the Sensates on Sigil, so his clothes should be much more "stylish."

I aimed for "Italian Renaissance" this time rather than the previous "mad scientist" style.
